The rules of reservation and stay of hotel Сity Everest Poltava

1. Your room will be ready on the day of your arrival from 2.00 p.m. onwards.
2. Check-out time: 12 noon Check-out date.
3. Payment is charged for the day of residence according to the settlement time.
4. For stays of less than 24 hours, payment is made for a full settlement day in accordance with the established settlement time and estimated time.
5. In case of early departure due to the reduced length of stay in hotel compared with reservation stay, Guest is obligated to warn the hotel of reduction in the length of stay one day before and pay Penalty in the amount of one night stay and pay for the actual provided hotel services.
6. Room rate includes value added taxes.
7. Room rate includes breakfast served in the hotel restaurant.
8. Room at the hotel is provided to the guest after he/she provides a passport or other identity document (Ukrainian passport, international passport of a citizen of Ukraine, diplomatic or official passport, aircrewman's identity card, seaman's identity card, residence permit for a person living in Ukraine, but not a citizen of Ukraine, foreigner's national passport or a replacement document and a visa for a stay in Ukraine (unless otherwise provided by valid bilateral agreements), birth certificate of minors under the 16 years old, driving license, for the military – a personal identity card or a military ticket, certificate issued at the Consumer place of work, etc.), as well as filling in and signing the guest registration card.

1. Accommodation is payable during check-in or before check-in. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, etc.
2. Private reservation made on the site initially has the status of non-guaranteed. Non-guaranteed reservation is valid until 6:00 pm the day before arrival at the hotel. The hotel has a right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations in case of delayed payment.
3. You can confirm your reservation by making prepayment via credit card for the 1 night stay and the rate of tourist fee. The prepayment will not be returned in case of no-show at the hotel or reservation cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in.
4. By reservation confirmation guest accepts and agrees with the above-mentioned conditions, including cancellation procedure and no show rules.
5. All prices are in hryvnias (UAH). Payment is due in hryvnias (UAH). We accept cash, bank transfer payments and bank cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and other.
6. The tourist fee, determined by Ukrainian city administration, is not included at rack rate. The tourist fee is paid separately.

Non-refundable rate — an online rate, which is valid in case of full pre-payment for the service in the established time from the moment of booking.

A non-refundable rate applies to all business hotels in the chain and includes breakfast.

Payment is accepted only by credit card.

The non-refundable rate is valid for pre-bookings and 100% prepayment, cannot be combined with other special offers and discounts. In case of cancellation, no-show or reduction of accommodation, a refund is not provided for this rate.

The extension of the guest’s stay is carried out at the current rate applicable at the time of the extension.

Additional discounts do not apply to this special offer.

Loyalty cards do not apply to this special offer.
